Project Description: The University of Texas Welcome Center at Perry-Castañeda Library serves as the front door for prospective students and their families. The Welcome Center project created an important recruiting tool for the university by providing an experience that is both inviting and inclusive. The space features an auditorium for presentations, private meeting rooms for prospective students and counselors, and a large seating area that features scenes of campus life and a custom mural by local artist Judy Paul.
