We are excited to welcome occupants into the building and appreciate everyone's partnership during this important transition. As with any new facility, there will be a settling-in period as users begin operating in the space. Some issues may require immediate attention, some items may need refinement to meet expectations, and other requests may emerge as teams adapt their workflows to the new environment.
This is both normal and expected. To ensure requests are addressed thoughtfully and efficiently, we ask that all items be submitted through a centralized request process. This process will help the team coordinate and prioritize work while providing transparency into the status of each request. Rather than managing issues through individual conversations or emails, all stakeholders will be able to see what has been submitted, where it is in the review process, and when action is planned.
