Project Summary
The Engineering Education and Research (EER) Center is replacing the fireproofing barrier on the skybridge.
Project Location: Engineering Education and Research Center at 2501 Speedway, Austin, TX 78712
Project Impacts
Pedestrian impacts: Courtyard fencing will be in place to support the safe transport of construction materials. An alternate pedestrian route will be available, with no significant impacts to ADA access. The main entrance will remain open and accessible; however, stairwell access will be impacted for the duration of the project.
Signage will be installed in assist with wayfinding.
Parking Impacts: There will be two parking spots on Speedway that will be utilized for loading zones.
There are no roadway, bicycle, or bus impacts.
