Project Summary

The HVAC units at East Campus Garage (ECG) are being replaced to resolve high humidity issues in the office spaces.

Project Location:  1200 E Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd., Austin, TX 78722
 

Project Impacts

Pedestrian impact: From Jan. 22 to Feb. 18, Pedestrians exiting the southeast side door will be rerouted with signage to maintain a clear egress path. 

There are no traffic, bike, or parking impacts. Due to the fluid nature of construction, this information is subject to change, but we will do our best to provide timely communication if changes are necessary.
