Project Summary 

The abbreviated Summary of Work is as follows:

  • Applied Research Laboratory (ARL) - ARL is an existing research facility located on the Pickle Research Campus (PRC). The proposed Special Projects Building (SPB) will house offices and meeting spaces along with the necessary support spaces. Thing single story structure will require walls to deck and STC rated doors and is expected to be between 10,000 to 15,000 GSF. The target site for SPB will be the location of existing buildings T-500 and 189 which will require demolition as well as re-routing of existing utility infrastructure.
  • The general Construction Budget range for the project is approximately $10,000,000.00 to $12,000,000.00.

    Registration is required a minimum of two days prior to the site visit - individuals not registered will not be able to enter the facilities. 
    Deadline for pre-registration for site visit: February 17, 2025, Time 3:00 P.M. CST

  • Deadline for questions/requests for clarification​ Date: February 27, 2025, Time: 12:00 P.M. CST
