  • The abbreviated Summary of Work is as follows: Construction administration, technical oversight and commissioning services for the architectural water feature included in the Capital Improvement Project (CIP) 102-1501 East Mall Phase I renovation project. The installation is a non-interactive architectural fountain featuring arching/vertical nozzles, lighting, perimeter weir overflow, VFD-controlled pumps, automated PLC/DMX control systems, filtration, UV and supporting MEP infrastructure in accordance with 100% Construction Documents Division 13 10 00 Water Features.
