SZB George I. Sanchez Building Plaza Renovation
Renovation of the main plaza at George I. Sanchez Building with new concrete
accessible walkway, steel pavilion with 25’ radius, stepped teaching area with
artificial turf and concrete steps, and improvements to outdoor spaces (rock garden,
bench seating around trees with charging stations, new lighting and new planting).
Existing exposed aggregate plaza pavers to be replaced with new sand wash
finished concrete.
- The general Construction Budget range for the project is approximately $2,250,000.00 to $2,500,000.00.
