Andres Construction and their subcontractor will commence potholing operations along Whitis Avenue, starting at the intersection of Whitis Avenue and W. The Andres Construction trailers will be located on a portion of Lot 1 by the TSG garage.
Project Location: Buildings LLA through the LLF site of the existing Whitis Court across from Kinsolving.
Major anticipated outcomes/benefits/ of the completed project: This project will add 1,055 new student beds to University Housing & Dining.
The potholing aims to locate existing utilities for accurate connections by Andres Construction, supporting the future Whitis Court Residence Hall for University Housing & Dining (UHD).
