The abbreviated Summary of Work is as follows: Request for proposals to establish a Job Order Contract master agreement for Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) a full-service Flooring services IDIQ contract to provide materials, installation, repairs and other services associated with flooring of all types at all locations/buildings both on main campus and at remote locations and meeting all University's objectives. Projects assigned under any contract resulting from this RFP shall be considered “furnish and install” and will vary in quantity and size.
