- *Initial Site Visit: Meet at FC1 in the Conference Room on the first floor. The building is located at 1301 E Dean Keeton St, Austin, TX 78722. A link will be provided for a “virtual tour” of the McDonald Observatory Site.
- *MANDATORY Second Site Visit: Date: March 28, 2024 Time: 10:00 A.M.
- *Second Site Visit: Meet at the HET Building at 28 Mt Fowlkes Rd, Fort Davis, TX 79734, and meet at the main entrance. This is for the “On-site tour”.
- A HARD COPY Sign-in sheet for attendance will be provided on-site the day of the meeting on
