The scope of work requested is to replace the existing Built-Up Gravel (BUR) roof system at (CMA) Jesse H. Jones Communication Center has a 20-year warranted multi-ply modified bitumen roof system fully adhered to a coverboard with insulation and vapor barrier adhered to the concrete deck. MEP modifications and access/site modifications are required as a part of work scopes. The work also includes roof repairs at the CMB building as shown in the project documents.
- The general Construction Budget range for the project is approximately $1,000,000.00 to $3,000,000.00.
