The scope of this project is to renovate the office suite [MAI 7] in the Main Building. The Department of Enrollment Management would like to renovate MAI 7 for occupation by the Financial Wellness team. This team will be an extension of the Texas One Stop which is located across the hall in MAI 1. The Financial Wellness team provides one-on-one counseling to students as well as workshops on budgeting and managing debt.
- The general Construction Budget range for the project is approximately $2,000,000.00 to $2,900,000.00.
