The abbreviated Summary of Work is as follows:

Health Transformation Building (HTB)
Renovate HTB Levels 8 & 9 for the Seaton GI Clinic and the MSK Clinic. Relocate Seton GI Clinic on Level 8. Expand the MSK clinic on Levels 8 & 9 in two phases to keep the clinic operational during construction.
The general Construction Budget range for the project is approximately $2,500,000.00 to $2,800,000.00.
